Not only is it much more robust and customizable than any of the others, but you also get the most amazing support from the Rover team. I was highly impressed, created a powerful, customer-friendly website, and had phenomenal support throughout. I would absolutely recommend the RoverID plugin to anyone that wants to create a truly useful and beautiful real estate site.
