What MLS regions are covered by Rover IDX?
Here is the list of active MLS regions. If your MLS is not in this list, we will work with you to establish access. It's a simple form that you (or your broker) will need to request from your MLS.
Is there an ongoing or a one-time cost?
Rover IDX is a monthly (or yearly) subscription. There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time. See pricing details here.
Can Rover IDX be used on most WordPress themes ?
Yes. Rover IDX works with most themes. In the unusual event that something isn't working, we are happy to work with you and / or the theme vendor to get things working.
Can I create as many search pages as I want?
Yes, and we recommend it. By having many search pages (maybe one for each town, property type, or waterfront...) your are increasing your site usability (easier for visitors to quickly find what they want) and increasing your site content - which of course is great for SEO.
Is this plugin SSL compatible ?
Yes, absolutely!
Is this plugin PHP 5.6, 7, and 8 compatible ?
Yes. And as PHP 5.6 is no longer supported, we highly recommend running the latest supported version of PHP.
Is there a setup fee?
There is no setup fee.
Will we get a “trial period” to see how well this works on our website ?
