Rover maps the MLS property type for a given listing to a specific Rover property type. We do this so that you do not need to know anything about the MLS, which is especially helpful when displaying listings from multiple MLS’s on one site/page.
When activated, Rover IDX defaults to these most common property types:
- singlefamily
- condo
- land
