The default rover_idx_full_page has a sidebar plugin area under the search panel:
sidebar_report="true" instructs Rover to replace the sidebar plugin with a sidebar report. This allows you to display live sold or active data in the sidebar - perhaps stats on sold listings in the selected city, or average selling price. The possibilities are endless.
