MLS typically provide us with both a property type and a property sub type for a given listing. The `prop_sub_types` parameter allows you to filter and display only listings of a specific sub-type.
Property Sub Types are specific to the MLS, and not mapped to a 'known' property sub type in Rover IDX. Refer to your MLS documentation to understand what sub types can be used.
